We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to manage Payroll. Our ideal candidate is meticulous, detail-oriented and organised, with strong analytical skills, and must possess a high degree of confidentiality and integrity. You will report to the Senior Human Resources Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly payroll (including overtime (OT), Allowances, and Deductions), reports and documents, and statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, Tax, and other salary deduction payments) within the time frame.
- Ensure all employee payments are processed accurately and timely.
- Preparation of monthly claim payments and updates in the system within the time frame.
- Manage payroll schedule and ensure all parties adhere to defined payroll activities and timelines.
- Assist in keying in all the New Joiner information into the system within the time frame given. Ensure all the documents are completed and scanned in softcopy.
- Preparation of general HR matters such as Letters of Confirmation, Letters of Transfer, etc.
- Maintain an effective filing system and ensure proper maintenance of all payroll documentation.
- Maintain database integrity.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Must be proficient with using Microsoft Excel.
- Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Knowledge of payroll software such as the KaizenHR system or any other payroll system will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
