About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Human Resources Executive/SNR. Executive to lead and manage all HR functions at our poultry processing factory. This role reports directly to the Managing Director/Operations Director and plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and staffing activities.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits in compliance with labor laws.
- Plan and manage training programs including safety, HACCP, and leadership.
- Conduct performance evaluations (KPI) and implement improvement strategies.
- Monitor and ensure employee welfare, safety, and well-being.
- Maintain compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and OSHA regulations.
- Supervise factory security personnel and ensure access control.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports for continuous improvement.
- Handling HR & Admin Department
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or processing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage employee relations with integrity.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- HACCP or safety compliance knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
