Job Descriptions:
- Assist with manage from sourcing candidates to interview right through to employment offer in line with business needs.
- Monitor the employee's daily attendance and the leave application
- Handle with monthly payroll calculation, proceed monthly government statutory payments before the datelines
- Maintain employee's record and HR database according to company's HR system
- Prepared HR-related documentation such as memos, employee handbooks, offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, show cause letters, etc.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years experiences in Human Resources
- Good writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent communication skill.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Cina and English.
