Position:
Highly organized HR Recruiter who is capable of managing the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire hiring process and play a key role in helping the company attract and hire the right talent.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full cycle of the recruitment process independently.
- Headhunt candidates using various job portals and sourcing platforms.
- Draft and post job advertisements on relevant channels.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and shortlisting suitable profiles.
- Identify passive candidates using creative and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates regarding the selection process and feedback.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of talent acquisition and business acumen to support hiring needs effectively.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma or relevant qualification in any field.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in the recruitment field.
- Well-versed with various job portals such as Hiredly, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion when handling personal and confidential information.
- Must be willing to work at Q Sentral.
