About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle and provides an opportunity to learn core HR practices in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies across various platforms (job boards, social media, career pages).
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in preparing recruitment reports and tracking candidate pipelines.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs, if applicable.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR and recruitment.
