OUR CLIENT is a highly rated polished all-suite hotel with features such as an outdoor infinity pool, a trendy cafe & rooftop rainforest garden. In line with their desire for continuous service & operational improvements, they are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join their team. You will work closely with Management to coordinate all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel such as developing HR policies & strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behaviour and onboarding new employees.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensure all company HR policies are up-to-date and applied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems, compliance, and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
WHAT YOU NEED:-
- At least 7 years’ hands-on experience in the topics of human resources, labour relations, organizational development, and HR policies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience with using human resources information system/management system (HRIS/HRMS) and payroll system.
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end payroll cycle and management.
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.

- Working Hour: 40 hours spread over 5 working days

- Salary Range: Up to RM 6,500.00
