Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage performance management, employee development, and engagement programs.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
- Ensure up-to-date compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain and enforce the employee handbook and HR policy framework.
Claims Processing & Payroll:
- Process the monthly payroll and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Process employee reimbursements, health insurance, and statutory claims.
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement, tax filings, and statutory deductions.
- Generate and validate payroll reports using SQL.
- Maintain accurate records in payroll databases and support compliance audits.
IT Management:
- Ensure employee onboarding/offboarding includes proper IT access and asset provisioning.
- Manage vendor relationships for software licensing, cybersecurity tools, and service agreements.
- Implement and enforce data protection policies aligned with local compliance standards.
- Oversee resolution of hardware, software, and network issues with internal/external IT support.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a dual or managerial role.
- Experience in managing or administering SQL-based payroll systems.
- Solid understanding of payroll compliance, statutory filings, and claims processes.
- Intermediate to high SQL knowledge to extract and validate data from HR/payroll systems.
- HR certification is a plus.
