Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and personal files.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll support.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Help coordinate training sessions and HR events, if any.
