Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding
- Handle employee documentation and payroll
- Oversee office administrative duties and supplies
- Maintain employee records and address HR-related queries
- Organize company events and ensure a positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 year of experience in HR or administration
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with labour laws and HR software
