Job Scope
1. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure proper filing of contracts, leave forms, and other HR documents.
- Prepare HR letters (e.g., employment confirmation, warning letters).
- Help with monthly attendance tracking and leave records.
2. Employee Relations Support
- Respond to basic employee inquiries on HR policies, leave, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities (e.g., birthdays, team outings).
- Support internal communication such as announcements and policy updates.
3. Training & Development (Optional)
- Help coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Maintain training records and feedback forms.
5. Payroll Coordination (Entry-Level Support)
- Collect and check timesheets or attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Support HR or finance in verifying salary changes, overtime, and leave balances.
6. Compliance and Policies
- Help ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws.
- Assist in implementing company policies and ensuring employee awareness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
