- Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and festive sales.
- Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing materials (posters, banners, flyers).
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan and schedule regular content postings, including product highlights, promotions, and customer education.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize digital ads (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all branches and marketing materials.
- Coordinate brand collaborations or sponsorships with influencers or community events.
- In-store Promotions
- Plan and monitor in-store marketing materials and POP displays.
- Liaise with branch staff to ensure campaigns are properly executed on-site.
- Customer Engagement
- Initiate marketing activities such as membership programs, customer loyalty campaigns, and surveys.
- Assist in planning birthday or first-purchase follow-ups and customer appreciation activities.
- Market Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trends specific to the optical retail industry.
- Collect and analyze campaign data to generate performance reports and improvement plans.
- Event Management
- Organize and support company events, eye check campaigns, CSR programs, and public outreach booths.
- Coordination & Support
- Work closely with the Sales, Operation, and Optometry teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
