A leading digital marketing company is on the lookout for Telemarketing Exec , whom excel at building rapport, generating quality leads, and driving client engagement in the digital space .
Core Responsibilities :
- Contact prospective clients by cold calling, lead generation, online research, proposal submission, and generate appointments to explore business development opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet clients' unique needs and provide updated promotional campaigns to customers.
- Successfully generate appointments with clients to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development goals.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to the offered services.
Who would be a great fit :
- Proficiency in Mandarin & English is a MUST.
- Individuals with SPM or Diploma & above
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Relevant working experience in a Marketing / Sales / Telemarketing Executive / Telesales / outbound call are a bonus.
