Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
- Ensure employee data (e.g., salaries, attendance, overtime, deductions) is accurately updated and maintained.
- Verify timesheets, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare payroll-related documents such as pay slips, EPF/SOCSO/EIS submissions, and income tax filings (e.g., PCB).
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll adjustments, new hires, resignations, and other changes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information and employee data.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and audits.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Knowledge of Malaysian payroll laws and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., SQL Payroll, Auto Count, or similar).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
