We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Payroll Assistant / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background the full spectrum of Human Resources function including daily HR operations but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and talent management, excellent communication skills, and can work independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly payrolls – ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle of including tax,
benefits, wages etc. are processed, reconciled, and transmitted accurately and
timely.
- To handle foreign worker administration duties such as update foreign worker
master listing, arrangement for FOMEMA medical check-up, passport, working
permit renewal and etc.
- To compile foreign worker documents and arrange for submission to immigration
and government department.
- Ensure all payroll operations are compliant with statutory law & regulations and
align with corporate HR-Payroll policies and strategies.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from
time to time.
- Provide advisories to the management with regard to employment issues which includes labour legislations, local labour practices and company manpower practices and ensure legal compliances with all statutory requirements.
- Recommend, plan, and implement pay structure revisions. Participate in various statutory surveys
- Submit claims to various government agencies.
- Apply, manage and maintain training grants with statutory bodies.
