1. Recruitment & Selection (Non-Executive Positions)
· Assist in job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
· Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
· Conduct initial candidate assessments and reference checks.
· Ensure smooth onboarding for newly hired employees.
· Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
2. Employee Records, Documentation & Compliance
· Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
· Ensure proper documentation for employment contracts, renewals, and terminations.
· Assist in processing employee confirmation, promotions, and transfers.
· Keep track of leave records and attendance management.
· Prepare, organize, and file HR-related documents, including employee personal files, disciplinary records, performance appraisals, and training documents.
· Ensure all HR documents are accurately recorded, stored securely, and easily retrievable for audits or internal reviews.
· Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices related to employment matters.
· Prepare and submit HR reports, including recruitment metrics, employee turnover rates, and compliance reports, to support management decision-making.
3. Employee Life Cycle Support
· Support employees through various stages of their employment, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
· Assist in managing contract renewals, performance evaluations, and resignation processes.
· Ensure smooth offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and final settlement documentation for payroll processing.
· Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, and benefits
4. Compliance & HR Policies Implementation
· Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws and company guidelines.
· Assist in preparing HR reports and compliance documentation.
· Support HR audits and disciplinary proceedings as required.
5. Employee Engagement & HR Support
· Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
· Provide administrative support for training programs and HR initiatives.
· Assist in handling employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
