About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Maintain overall office cleanliness and organization
- Support various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High level of attention to detail
- Possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Immediate availability will be added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
