- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare and translate internal documents and communications between Mandarin and English/Malay as needed.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., leaves, absences, overtime).
- Assist in organizing employee training, company events, and other HR-related activities.
- Liaise with government bodies and statutory agencies when required.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
