Job Duties

· Supervision and Management of Hostel Residents

· Maintain order and discipline in the hostel

· Oversee the daily activities and behaviour of residents

· Manage the check-in and check-out processes of residents.

· Monitor the hostel’s maintenance and cleanliness.

· Address conflicts or issues between residents, providing mediation and counselling.

· Ensure the safety and security of the hostel and its residents.

· Maintain proper documentation related to security, such as keys and access logs.

· Monitor security systems and implement emergency evacuation procedures if necessary.

· Update management on any issues related to hostel residents.

Requirements

· High school, Diploma or equivalent

· Malaysian citizen with own transport

· More than 2 years of working experience in related field

· Proficient in English and Malay

· Computer literate

· Sincere, honest, and trustworthy

· Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

· Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends and public holidays.

· Ability to manage stress and handle a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
