- Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the hostel, encompassing all facilities, service, and organized activities.
- Ensuring strict compliance with hostel regulation by all residents, while fostering a safe, respectful, and positive living environment.
- Addressing resident complaint, inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and resolution
- coordinating the check in and check out process of residents, including the allocation rooms and distribution of keys .
- supervising the maintenance and cleanliness of hostel facilities, ensuring safety standards are met and repair works are carried out efficiently.
