Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Evaluate team performance and productivity
- Prepare regular reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or similar role
- Professional fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (written & spoken)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High work ethic and dedication
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
- Solid understanding of corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, etc.)
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities
