We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and documents
- Answer phone calls and manage emails professionally
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and office documents
- Maintain and organize office supplies
- Support other departments with daily clerical tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Prior clerical or administrative experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills in [languages, e.g., Chinese, English, Malay]
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email)
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
