- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong leadership , interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem - solving and decision making ability.
- Proficient in Basic POS and reporting system
- Lead and manager day-to-day operation of the outlet.
- Monitor staff performance, provide training and schedule shifts.
- Ensure outlet meet sales targets, quality and service standards.
- Handle inventory stock ordering and cost control
- Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
- Enforce SOP compliance and hygiene standards.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
