Job Summary:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- To check-in and check-out the guests effectively and in accordance with Front Office policies and standard operating procedures.
- To handle room reservation, cashiering tasks, night audit functions and related front office duties effectively and efficiently.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Handling basic inquiries from the guest through phone calls or WhatsApp messaging.
- Providing preliminary customer service, including handling complaints and forwarding queries to relevant departments.
- Keeping the reception and lobby tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
Requirements:
- The candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- A good command of spoken and written Malay and English a a MUST.
- Must have strong communication skills, interpersonal relations and problem solving capabilities.
- Have a knowledge in computer literacy.
- Must be a results-orientated person with effective time management and operation skills.
- Able to work independently, systematically, self motivated and a good team player.
- Ability to prioritize workload, work within deadlines and work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
