- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures using the hotel’s property management system
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and courteously
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with guidance from supervisors
- Assist with booking reservations and managing cancellations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Follow hotel policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and privacy
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks and daily reports
