Job Description
· Welcoming clients and managing appointments.
· Provide information about promotions, activities, and events.
· Handling office phone/company phone calls/whatapps/email (Enquiry/complaint/request/feedback) quickly & professionally
· To facilitate any other tasks whenever assigned by management
Job Requirement
Age: 18+
Located in Kuala Lumpur
Preferable Education Level: SPM/Diploma in Administrative/Business Studies/Office Management related.
Basic Salary: Between RM10-15rm
· Good in written & verbal communication skills with English or/and Malay
· Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
· Strong organization & time management skills with a problem-solving attitude
