Believe Fitness Pinnacle Sri Petaling is a 24-hour gym that provides top-tier fitness facilities, diverse classes, and a supportive fitness community. We are looking for passionate and certified Malaysian Personal Trainers to join our team and help our members achieve their fitness goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized workout programs for clients.
- Provide one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
- Motivate and educate members on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
- Promote personal training services and generate new clients.
- Ensure gym equipment is used safely and properly by members.
- Participate in gym events, workshops, and marketing activities.
- Maintain a positive and energetic gym environment.
Requirements:
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels.
- Sales experience or ability to sell personal training packages is a plus.
- Self-motivated and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
