PLAYA Racquet Club is on the hunt for a friendly and meticulous Front of House Captain to be the welcoming face of our club. If you’re service-focused and great with people and numbers, this role is made for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Handle payment collection accurately and efficiently (cash, card, QR, etc.)
- Greet guests and assist with seating or directions as needed
- Ensure front-of-house areas (reception, bar front, lounge) are clean and organized
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow
- Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
WHO YOU ARE:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Polite, approachable, and service-oriented
- Comfortable using POS systems or learning quickly
- Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
