Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Bell Team to ensure efficient handling of guest luggage, transportation arrangements, and lobby services.
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Train, guide, and schedule bell staff in accordance with hotel standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the lobby and porte-cochère area.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and promptly.
- Support Front Office operations and communicate effectively with Reception, Concierge, and Security.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bell Captain or Senior Bellman in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with local attractions and transport services.
