- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and provide a professional and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Manage room reservations, confirm bookings, and handle cancellations or modifications.
- Accurately assign rooms according to guest preferences, availability, and room type.
- Handle cashiering tasks including payments, deposits, refunds, and billing inquiries.
- Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly, professionally, and with courtesy.
- Ensure that all guest details and profiles are accurately updated in the PMS.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness and special guest arrangements.
- Prepare and review registration forms, key issuance, welcome amenities, and VIP setups.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk and lobby area.
- Record and relay guest messages, wake-up calls, and other communications.
- Promote hotel services and upsell rooms or packages when applicable.
- Adhere to hotel standard operating procedures, safety policies, and data protection laws.
- Report incidents, maintenance issues, or unusual guest behavior to the supervisor or manager immediately.
Leadership & Team Support
- Coach and motivate team members to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new and existing staff.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate relevant information to the team.
- Step in to cover shifts or assist during peak periods as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in front office operations; pre-opening experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with PMS (e.g., Opera, IDB, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an asset.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Mandarin speaker will be added as advantage.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
