Role Overview
As a Customer Service Agent (Mandarin Speaker), you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support through calls, live chat, and email on a rotational shift basis. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth experience for customers using our digital banking products and services.
Working Details
- Work Mode: On-site at CP Tower, Petaling Jaya
- Public Transport Access: 2-min walk from MRT Phileo Damansara
- Working Hours: Rotational Shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night)
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday (5-day work week, rotational basis)
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Up to RM4,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
- Language Allowance: RM500
- Shift Allowance: Up to RM300 (Evening/Night shifts only)
- Quarterly KPI Incentives: RM400 – RM1,800
- Overtime Pay: Eligible, based on business requirements
Who Should Apply?
- Languages Required: Fluent in English (written & spoken) and Mandarin (spoken only)
- Fresh Graduates with strong English communication skills are welcome!
- Candidates with 1–2 years of customer service (call centre) experience are encouraged to apply
- Willing to undergo an assessment as part of the hiring process
- Tech-savvy and comfortable assisting with digital and online banking platforms
Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve inquiries related to digital banking services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Document interactions accurately using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Consistently meet monthly KPIs and service standards
