Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of company strategies and lead financial planning to align with business goals
- Optimize capital structure and ensure financial sustainability
- Oversee financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all financial reports
- Prepare annual budgets and conduct budget tracking and analysis
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide insights for cost control and improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a finance management role
- Age between 35 and 45
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
