A. Position Overview
We are hiring Finance Executives to join our regional finance operations team. This role involves handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general finance-related activities supporting both APAC and EMEA regions. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking) and be willing to work on a rotational shift including night shifts.
B. Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Process financial transactions, handle invoice verifications, reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Financial Reporting Support:
Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with company policies.
- Cross-Regional Finance Operations:
Support daily finance activities for APAC and EMEA regions while adhering to country-specific finance regulations and requirements.
- Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve payment and billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Process Compliance:
Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with other internal departments and external stakeholders to support smooth financial operations.
C. Qualifications
Educational Background
- A diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or general finance-related activities.
Skills & Competencies
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin and English.
- Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in handling financial transactions and records.
- Problem Solving: Ability to resolve discrepancies and finance-related issues.
- Team Collaboration: Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
D. Job Details
- Position: Finance Executive
- Expected Start Date: 1st September 2025
- Working Days: 5 working days, 2 rotational off days per week
Work Location: KL Sentral
Shift Schedule (Rotational):
- 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (APAC Support)
- 04:00 PM – 01:00 AM (EMEA Support during Summer)
- 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (EMEA Support during Winter)
Salary Package:
- Base Salary: RM 5,000
- Language Allowance: RM 300
- KPI Allowance: RM 500
- Night Shift Allowance: RM 20 per night shift
