-Work with relevant party to push for sales and to ensure timely and accuracy of orders & shipment.
-Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
-Address client inquiries and resolve issues (including complaint handling) promptly.
-Take ownership of timely client payments by proactively managing invoicing, collection, and resolve billing issue in coordination with finance team.
-Initiate and develop sales strategies or programs to help increase the sales for Client that align with company's roles and directions.
-Provide sales update to client and manage their expectation.
-Support the HOD in developing and implementing export strategies.
-Support distributes or clients with technical and marketing information, including creating and conducting proposal presentations.
