As an Air Export Customer Service Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end coordination of time-sensitive and high-priority export shipments. Your role is to ensure every shipment is handled with precision, urgency, and compliance , from booking cargo space with airlines to preparing export documentation . Guaranteeing smooth cross-border delivery and exceptional service to our aerospace and high-tech industry clients.
Job Overview:
- Coordinate and manage export air freight shipments for key global clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and shipment status updates
- Arrange bookings with airlines and monitor cargo movement to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare and process export documentation, customs declarations, and billing
- Communicate with overseas agents, airline partners, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customer requirements
- Assist in SOP development, KPI reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight forwarding/export operations
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and export documentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure with time-sensitive cargo
