Responsibility for documentation preparation for raw sugar import from external supplier. Coordinate with import team on timely preparation letter of appointment, delivery order and processing for payment.
Responsible to provide forecast and update on arrangement for raw sugar delivery to production and operation service team. Communicate with relevant party for any quality or discrepancy issue to avoid production and operation interruption..
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance / Economy / Supply Chain / Business Admin or any technical related field
Responsibilities
- To liaise with production team and operation service team on the arrangement for raw sugar forecast and consumption.
- Report any quality issue or discrepancy related to raw sugar to respective party.
- Review raw sugar inventory movement inside raw sugar warehouse. Ensure proper document control for every transaction.
- Update monthly raw sugar stockholdings and consumption. Suggest opportunity plan and action for any issue.
- To identify potential area for improvement to reduce losses and minimize delays and minimized additional cost.
- To ensure related procedures is communicate and disseminated to the relevant in MSM Group and its subsidiaries.
- Compile raw sugar performance report based on requirement by management for KPI review.
· Monitor equipment checklist on regular basis. For some equipment required repair and maintenance request form superior for repair.
· Conduct calibration and metrology stamping ever quarterly to ensure equipment perform at highest accuracy.
· Responsible to support Inventory team for stock take and stock count related to raw sugar area.
· Responsible to guide the operation team on developing feasible operation plan to delivery key KPIs covering QESH, delivery performance, customer service, cost, inventory control and project deliverables.
· To attend to other works as specified by the Department Head.
· Comply, support and follows all company policies and procedures and all statutory requirements within area of responsibility and ensure taking care of own health, safety and environment at all time.
· Aware & comply on all GMP food safety and quality requirements at all-time within MSMJ premise.
