Key Responsibilities
1. Live Hosting & Audience Interaction
- Conduct engaging and energetic live sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote and showcase products.
- Interact with the audience in real-time by answering questions, responding to comments, and maintaining a lively, approachable presence throughout each session.
2. Product Demonstration & Soft Selling
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and usage in a persuasive yet relatable way.
- Apply soft-selling techniques and storytelling to drive interest and increase conversion during live streams.
3. Order Handling & Fulfilment During Live Sessions
- Capture customer orders accurately during live sessions and coordinate with the sales or operations team to ensure seamless fulfilment.
- Maintain proper order records and follow up where necessary.
4. Pre & Post-Live Session Preparation
- Plan and prepare live content, including scripting, prop setup, and technical arrangements before going live.
- After each session, compile and review live performance data (views, engagement, sales) and share insights with the team.
5. Customer Engagement & Support
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer enquiries via comments, direct messages (DMs), and online platforms.
- Assist customers throughout the purchase journey and offer after-sales support where needed.
6. Content Ideation & Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and media teams to develop engaging content such as pre-live promos, product highlights, behind-the-scenes, and short-form videos.
- Contribute creative input to enhance the brand's social media visibility.
7. Sales Reporting & Feedback Analysis
- Monitor and report on daily/weekly sales generated from live sessions.
- Gather customer feedback and share suggestions to refine live content and improve future performance.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in online sales, customer service, or live streaming/hosting.
- Prior exposure to the automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Skilled in using e-commerce tools such as Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms.
- Confident and charismatic on camera, with strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to engage an online audience.
- Bilingual in English and Malay; able to adapt language and tone according to audience.
- Up-to-date with social media trends, viral formats, and digital content culture.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
