Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior management, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
- Represent key managers in addressing internal and external matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain organised records and databases with high standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, conferences, and hosting guests.
Sales Coordination & Customer Liaison
- Act as a key point of contact between the company and customers, supporting general sales inquiries, quotation proposals, and follow-up on orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics, QC) to ensure timely processing, delivery, and resolution of customer requests or issues.
- Manage and track sales orders, billing documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Provide regular updates to customers on order status, production timelines, and any changes.
Support day-to-day office operations to ensure functionality and efficiency of the workplace.
Help track and update departmental Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and assist in related reporting or monitoring tasks.
Perform other ad-hoc assignments or duties as delegated by a superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field and Master holder with an advantage.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in executive support or sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — must be confident interacting with both customers and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
