About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and efficient Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our Examination Unit. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination and execution of examination-related tasks, ensuring the smooth delivery of assessment processes in compliance with academic policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Examination Unit.
- Assist in the preparation, printing, and secure handling of examination papers.
- Support the scheduling and organization of exam timetables and venue arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute invigilation schedules to academic staff.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, results, and exam-related documentation.
- Handle inquiries from students and staff regarding exam procedures and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for makeup, resit, and special exams.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with institutional guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of working experience in academic administration or a similar role (Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic administrative systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
