Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Industrial Relations functions, including handling disciplinary actions, grievances, counseling sessions, and cases of employee misconduct.
- Assist employees with SOCSO (Social Security Organization) claims and related matters.
- Conduct interviews for operator-level positions as part of the recruitment process.
- Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment activities.
- Support the renewal process and documentation for foreign workers’ permits, check-out memos, special passes, and related immigration requirements.
- Maintain an organized and systematic filing system for quick and efficient document retrieval.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or related fields from a recognized institution, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in time management, report writing, statistical analysis, documentation, and interviewing techniques.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
