Job Summary : To handle inbound or outbound calls, all client’s correspondence, shipments monitoring, pickup, delivery and provide operational and administrative support to the branches & network.
1. Client’s Correspondence
To handle / manage all inbound & outbound calls, emails, WeChat, WhatsApp & other way of communications with client’s, respond within the required timeline, and follow up on any issue arise until closure to avoid complaint.
2. Pickup arrangement
To arrange pickup as requested by customer & follow up the progress until delivery is complete.
3. Monitoring
3.1 Ensure all pickup bookings & delivery are complete & monitor the assignments by operations and jointly responsible to ensure no missed pick-up.
3.2 Coordinate all special requests such as Normal / 3rd Party pickups, Track and Trace, Pre-Alerts, delivery monitoring etc
3.3 Follow-up and clear all Pending and Problem Shipments.
3.4 Monitor the pickup & delivery status daily
3.5 Prepare related reports when requested
3.6 Assist to back up the team whenever necessary
4. Carry out all other tasks as & when assigned.
