Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations matters including counselling, grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Advise management on HR practices, employment law updates, and industrial relations strategies.
- Support investigations and documentation related to misconduct, disciplinary cases, or grievances.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace conflicts and promote a positive culture.
- Assist in policy development and implementation, ensuring alignment with legal and ethical standards.
- Monitor and assess workplace climate and morale, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records related to employee relations, investigations, and actions taken.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and awareness programs on workplace rights and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Retired educators with a background in counselling and discipline is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in school discipline, counselling, or people management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Empathetic, patient, and culturally sensitive to a diverse workforce.
- Proficient in report writing and documentation.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
