- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve workplace concerns and conflicts.
- Investigate and resolve workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Mediate between conflicting parties to find fair and constructive resolutions.
- Assist in conducting and involve in domestic inquiry.
- Draft documents including but not limited to letters, minutes, and reports.
- Responsible to liaise and handle HR-related matters with governmental / authority departments such as Department of Labour (JTK).
- Collaborate with various of stakeholders to ensure compliance with labour law.
- To handle any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.
- Strategize and coordinate industrial relations and employment matters in line with Company's policies, SOPs, guidelines, IR best practices and labour law to ensure industrial harmony within organization.
- Strategize and coordinate employee relations and engagement activities to ensure high motivation and satisfaction of employees.
- Develop and recommend HR Policies, SOPs, guidelines and ensure their implementation and compliance.
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource equivalent.
- At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Well versed in Malaysian Employment Laws such as Industrial Relations Act, Employment Act and Trade Union Act.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Industrial Relations or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and any other relevant laws.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel whenever required

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
