Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Assist in execution of all industrial relations activities focusing on Disciplinary management and procedures.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Assist Executive in any domestic inquiry's investigations on issues related to employee(s) misconduct / disputes as appropriate and utilizes consistency in application of disciplinary management policy and procedures;
- Assist Executive to present on disciplinary / misconducts findings and report to the Disciplinary Committee;
- Prepare disciplinary statistics report from time-to-time to ensure a comprehensive disciplinary management program is emplace efficiently; Industrial Relations Management
- Assist the SE IR in maintain good relationship and coordination with Unions
- Assist Senior Executive in managing noncompliance to the codes of conduct and employee discipline

- Propagating and maintaining industrial harmony
- Employee grievances and employment relationship disputes resolution
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Customer-focus.
- Well-versed in Employment Act and Labor Ordinance.
Education
External
- Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent with good knowledge in Employment Act, Labour Ordinance
Relevant Industries
External
- At least 1 year working experience
- CGPA > 2.8
