Your Role at a Glance:
Social Media & Online Shop Management
- Take charge of maintaining and monitoring our TikTok and Shopee accounts (and more!).
- Contribute to creative content ideas to boost our brand's presence.
Customer Champion
- Handle and resolve customer claims or disputes with empathy and efficiency.
- Ensure smooth processing of invoices and customers' orders.
Data & Admin Wiz
- Keep our customer database up-to-date with accurate information.
- Assist in coordinating marketing materials, campaigns, and special events.
Team Player Extraordinaire
- Support the marketing team with any requested data or materials.
- Manage mailings (in/out) and support exciting launches of new products.
