Job Responsibilities:
Admin
- Administer company's facilities, such as Company Apartment, mobile phones, company's cars, office equipment and other utility bills.
- Office reception, receiving incoming calls, arranging couriers and recording outgoing mails.
- Assist in filing and storage of all clerical documents
- Monitor personal driver and despatch.
- Supervise cleaners for office.
- Performs ad-hoc duties and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- In-charge of P1 system, make sure staff access tags are being issued correctly.
- Support admin related works.
Requirement:
- Min SPM/ Diploma with 1 year working experience.
- Fresh Diploma graduate are encourage to apply.
- Familiar with Microsoft, Words, PowerPoints and others.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Administration or equivalent.
- Able to work under pressure, independently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Multitasking - ability to handle multiple task at one time.
- Prefer male candidate.
