Senior Manager, Cargo Terminal Operations
Role Purpose
To work in shift to manage and monitor overall daily cargo warehouse activities in KLIA to meet service standard and compliance to standard operating procedure and other regulatory requirements.
Key Accountability
- Manage and monitor overall daily activities of cargo operations KLIA.
- To oversee the airside activities and maintain close liaison with others airside operations team.
- Ensure maximization of payload / revenue of cargo on MH flights.
- Ensure optimization and efficient utilization of resources such as deployment of cargo personnel, vendor and equipment.
- Liaise with relevant parties, authority / government agencies / cargo agents / customer airlines / stations on all operational matters during duty hours.
Qualifications & Working Experience
Degree/Diploma in any discipline with minimum of 8 years related experience.
Personality Traits
- Good analytical and tactical skills to forecast and plan operations under normal, peak and BCP operations.
- Ability to effectively lead and command staffs and vendors for running a 24x7 operations.
- Good communication skills.
- Firm and enforce discipline among staffs/vendors.
- Good rapport to the industry players.
