Job Title: Digital QA
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital QA professional with a strong background in business analysis, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement within financial services or insurance domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the effective gathering and documentation of user requirements; ensure clear communication with technical teams.
- Provide post-implementation support and guidance to business users in relevant functional areas.
- Ensure full compliance with internal processes, audit, and risk protocols during IT request handling and solution delivery.
- Manage ongoing support requests and coordinate administrative needs related to QA.
- Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business needs and create artifacts like BRDs, FRDs, use cases, UI/interface mockups, etc.
- Develop detailed user stories or requirement specifications based on standard templates.
- Contribute significantly to testing efforts for new system enhancements — track, report, and follow up on issues promptly.
- Support the enforcement of project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of QA tasks.
Requirements
Education:
- Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, IT, MIS, or equivalent banking experience.
Certifications:
- Preferred: CCBA / ISTQB certified.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution or insurance company.
Skills:
- Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with QA testing practices and post-implementation support.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and collaborative problem-solving.
- Understanding of audit/risk frameworks within IT environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- cloud infrastructure, network infrastructure: 2 years (Preferred)
- Digital QA Testing: 2 years (Required)
- CCBA / ISTQB certified.: 2 years (Preferred)
