Job Description:
- Implementation of 5s in the workplace.
- Create and revise Work Instruction for QA and QC department
- Monitor on QA inspector workflow, give on job training, briefing on safety or if have quality arise
- Raise scrap form for QA cross cut sample and customer return part
- Manage QA stock inventory and support for inventory stock take.
- Assist QA/QC Engineer to conduct ARnR or GRnR to the inspectors
- Assist QA Engineer to compile inspection data for analysis or tracking in-process job nos when quality issue arise
- Daily to verify inspection check sheet
- Follow up with metrology team on the instrument calibration near overdue
- Assist QA Engineer to perform the testing or prepare the test sample
- Assist QA/QC Engineer to prepare Quality Alert
- Support to perform periodic Out of Box Audit.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer requirements & management system e.g: OSHA, EQA, ATOMIC, ISO’s, RBA.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/ Diploma or certificate in related fields
- At least 2 years related experience
- Ability in handling various types of metrology equipment
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Execution writing and enforcing standard operating procedures. (SOPs)
- Strong analytical and mathematics skills.
