Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, and PPC, to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Create, curate, and manage compelling content across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences.
- Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials for both web and print using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing and social media performance metrics to inform strategy improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and design to continually innovate marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar to guarantee timely and organized posting across all social media channels.
Requirements:
- Diploma, degree holders, or above in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong experience in social media content creation and management across multiple platforms.
- Knowledgeable in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and paid advertising campaign management.
- Skilled in analyzing campaign performance data and applying insights to optimize results.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Chinese.
- Age between 19 and 32 years.
- Creative with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
