Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, SEO/SEM, and PPC to drive traffic and conversions.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials for both web and print using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing and social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and generate detailed reports.
- Stay informed on the latest digital marketing and design trends to innovate and improve marketing strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and organized postings across all social media channels.
Requirements:
- Diploma, degree holders or above in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is essential.
- Strong experience with social media content creation and postings across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and paid advertising management.
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese (written and spoken).
- Age: 19-32 years.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
